If your message is about an existing order, include your order number and we will be able to help you in one reply instead of three.
Common questions
- Sizing: send us your bust, waist and hip measurements and the piece you are considering, and we will tell you which size to order. Our size guide may answer it faster.
- Returns: email your order number and we will send return instructions. Full terms are in our returns policy.
- Where is my order: your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. If it has not moved in several days, send us the order number.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong: email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.
