Shipping policy

Delivery times

We aim to deliver within 1–2 business weeks after your order is placed. During periods of high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. If there is a delay on your order, we will reach out to you about it.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders over $80 USD. On orders under $80, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices and charges on this store are in US dollars.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it, and we are not able to refund orders that are lost because the address given was incorrect or incomplete.
