Sizing and fit

How do I know what size to order?
Shea runs true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. Our size guide has body measurements for every size we carry, from XS to 5XL. If you are still unsure, email us your measurements and the piece you are looking at and we will tell you which size to order.

Do all styles come in every size?
No. The size selector on each product page shows exactly what is available for that piece.

What if the fit is not right?
Send it back within 30 days. See returns below.

Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders over $150. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will almost always be able to change or cancel it.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns that arrive without a request cannot be matched to an order.

Do you do exchanges?
The fastest route is to return the piece you have and place a new order for the size or color you want, so the one you want is not sold out while the return is in transit.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.

Products and care

How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label sewn into each garment. It is specific to that fabric and it is the instruction to trust over anything general.

What are Form, Ease, Drape, Pure, Mantle and Weave?
They are our product families, so you know what you are buying before you read the description. Form is structured tailoring. Ease is comfort-first tailoring with hidden elastic and pull-on waists. Drape is fluid dresses and jumpsuits. Pure is foundation layers. Mantle is outerwear. Weave is texture.

Will the color match the photos?
We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but screens vary. If a color arrives meaningfully different from what you expected, that is a fair reason to return it.
